Hi All,
I'm sitting on a new Cog code generator which is ready to release as soon as I can find a repository to commit to. www.squeakvm.org is down (permanently?). I'm not an owner of squeakvm.googlecode.com (anyone?). I'd rather not use the gitorious site.
a) can an owner add me as an owner to squeakvm.googlecode.com? b) should the following work? (it fails with abort: error: Operation timed out) hg manifest -R https://squeakvm.googlesource.com/hg/
A faster Cog VM will ensure.

Odd that it's reachable from South America but not North America. :-)
It's pretty strange. I can't connect directly from germany, but via this proxy service (which should be located in the us):
(enter www.squeakvm.org in the input field at the bottom)
Something to try would be to find a (public) proxy that can make a connection to www.squeakvm.org and use that until this strange thing is resolved.

Er, more clearly: Eliot, if it's useful, I can set up a shell on my box through which you could access www.squeakvm.org. All I'd need is an SSH public key.
Hi Frank, thanks for the offer! So far things appear to be working directly.
