Just checked http://squeakvm.org
Last provided (standard) Squeak VM - for Win32 is SqueakVM-Win32-4.1.1 from 27-Jul-2010 - for Unix is Squeak-4.4.7. from 23-Jan-2011 - dont know for Mac since http://squeakvm.org/index.html just points to Johns site
So the last official Windows VM build looks outdated and I have no idea on the Mac VM, AFAIK John doesnt maintain it anymore and there is a new VM maintainer.
What is the plan for the next round of VM updates and how do they align with Cog and Squeak/Pharo/Cuis/... releases?
Thx and Bye T.
Hi, Latest mac builds are still (I'm sorry for that) those from John:
5.7b3 for Cocoa VM 5.8b12 for Cocoa Cog VM
both are lacking some plugin support... that was my main concern until I switched to build CMake configurations for both (then I will resume plugin compiling, for both distributions).
btw, I would like to have some "official" place where to place the vms (not John's site, not mine)
Cheers, Esteban
