[OpenSmalltalk/opensmalltalk-vm] Simplify gitignore build directories [skip ci] (#351)

I noticed that modified Makefiles weren't being pickup up by `git status`. It was too tedious trying to fix the existing definitions, so I've condensed them down to 4 lines from 34. I'm reasonably sure the result is the same, but if I've missed something its low impact, so maybe just integrate first to let everyone suck-n-see. Doing a `git status` before each `git commit` will let you confirm that its working. I am using MacPort's CMake which works fine, except that it needs a path argument for the libgit2 makefile. Can somebody check if this is compatible with their CMakes? This happens with 1d9c8bcfd3214c52e8a449840b2cd1c448b33d18 on MacOS 64bit. The Assert VM doesn't see to trigger on any asserts. The GC seems to follow an object ending in a NULL OOP? The image includes non opensource code but it is crashing reliable on start-up. [OpenSmalltalk/opensmalltalk-vm] SSL plugin might fail on Windows 7 (#236)

If I execute this code: ```Smalltalk ZnClient new url: 'https://google.com'; get. ``` I get a result. If I execute this code: ```Smalltalk ZnClient new url: 'https://github.com'; get. ``` I get this error: Error: SSL Exception: connect failed [code:-5] I tried with both stable and latest vm. (The stable is from august 2017 I think) I sent a mail on the Pharo dev ML and we are at least two having this problem with Windows 7 when it's working with Windows 10. A plain ./mvm build on MacOS 10.13.4 (in any of the build.macos64x64/pharo.* directories) fails with this error: > utils-prng.c:207:27: error: use of unknown builtin '__builtin_shuffle' [-Wimplicit-function-declaration] > randdata.vb = __builtin_shuffle (randdata.vb, bswap_shufflemask); > ^ > utils-prng.c:207:25: error: assigning to 'uint8x16' (vector of 16 'uint8_t' values) from incompatible type 'int' > randdata.vb = __builtin_shuffle (randdata.vb, bswap_shufflemask); > ^ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > It's trying to build the tests for pixman. [OpenSmalltalk/opensmalltalk-vm] Support for musl (instead of GNU libc) when building the VM for embedded system (#304)

Hello, I have a small issue when building (cross-compile) the Smalltalk VM on an ARM(v6) embedded linux system (Nano Pi neno and Raspberry Pi Zero) that uses Musl as default libc implementation. The problem is that the code and the configure script does not have official support for Musl, so I created a patch file that adds support to Musl, you can find the [patch here](https://github.com/lxsang/antix/blob/master/sm_vm_musl.patch). With this patch, i am able to cross-compile on the ARM toolchain for my system; with 4 plugins: ``` FilePlugin \ SqueakSSL \ SqueakFFIPrims \ SocketPlugin ``` You can find the build [script here](https://github.com/lxsang/antix/blob/master/packages/smalltalk-nano-p… For now, i can live with this dirty trick, but i would be verry happy if the mainline VM has official support to Musl.
