FFI and FreeTypePlus problem?

I already created a bug report for this, Andreas may be able to tell you more: http://bugs.squeak.org/view.php?id=6980 As a workaround you can can use FFI-Kernel-ar6.mcz instead of FFI-Kernel-ar-8.mcz. Searching the entire source is just a matter of selecting the text, bringing up the context menu, clicking the more... menu entry, then clicking the "message source with it" menu entry. I'm not aware of a way to limit the search to a specific category or package. Squeak websites not running?

I've tried accessing http://www.squeak.org/ and http://lists.squeakfoundation.org/ for the past several days, with connection refused errors popping up. Looks like nothing's running on 85.10.195.197:80 ? frank

Objective-C bridge documentation

Server back up

The server is back up and everything is fine. It will of course take a while for mail to start flowing through smoothly again. I'm sorry for the long downtime. I'm at OOPSLA so I don't want to go into great detail right now, but it took a while to get coordinated with the hosting company and get the right thing done. I'll report in more detail later in the week. Ken

new iPhone Vm 1.06b4

I've posted a new iPhone VM 1.06b4. This handles the case where calling select with a maximum file descriptor array of size zero results in a bogus error code which we then print to the system log. We now try not to call select when there are no file descriptors and fall back to using nanosleep to sleep squeak. This likely should improve performance and not fill up your iphone/ ipod touch with meaningless diagnostic data. -- = = = ======================================================================== John M.
