What are the semantics of this value? How did you determine that it was ludicrous?

It's part of the recently introduced transcenmental maths package. Useful mainly for describing the size of Space, which is BIG, really really BIG, I mean you may think it's along way down to the drugstore.......... whoops here comes the medication.
