Workspace-as-method?

Has anyone tried Workspace as method? I'm not talking anything fancy, just "accept" compiles the Workspace contents into a String in a method which, when executed opens the workspace. I'd like my workspaces versioned with my code...maybe there's already a more refined version of this. Or maybe it's a bad idea? Proof of concept attached. David

Hi Rob, Hi All, this is a case of Cog's not yet supporting objects as methods. TestCoverage uses the objects as methods support and this hasn't been implemented in Cog because we've not used it at Teleplace. I found some code changes made to code I wrote several years ago. I am thrilled someone has been working with it. However, some of the changes were cosmetic and I wondered what people thought was better formatting: A or B, C or D. startUp: logic changed?

Did the startUp logic change in the past several years? I have a class side method #startUp: which is supposed to be called with an argument resuming. I register in the #initialize method and then call 'self startUp'. This used to call #startUp: but it doesn't seem to anymore. Did something change? FilteredBrowser no longer working

I have a FilteredBrowser class that is no longer working. I am trying to set a class organizer and it tries to access the environment of the class. This has clearly changed. What should I do to get this fixed? SmalltalkImage(Object)>>doesNotUnderstand: #environmentForCategory: I attached the FilteredBrowser class which used to work in like 3.8 or so.
