Hi,
I have a project named Graph and can access it without problem through Monticello. I have renamed this project to Graphs and now I can't access to this project at all. But the old name seems to be still in use : I can open this project in Monticello even if it no longer exists. I wait one day (I thought that it could be a SqueakSource refresh problem) but the problem is still here.
Thanks for this great tools I use now extensively !
Samir
I assume the repository URL changed when you renamed the project on squeaksource... have you created a new Monticello repository with that URL? You should be able to open the new package from there (you can delete the old 'Graph' package from the MC browser.

Hi,
I took a vanilla squeak image with only monticello browser and package loader. When I try to add this repository : http://kilana.unibe.ch:8888/Graphs or www.squeaksource.com/Graphs, there is this error : Could not access http://.../Graphs. However I can see this project in squeaksource. You can easily reproduce this bug !
Cheers, Samir

Ok, I understand now :
"To register a new project please fill-in the following form. Note that the project name has to be unique within SqueakSource, it cannot be changed after registration and should not contain blanks or other special characters."
But it's not very intuitive because I thought that the name for the repository was the same as the name of the project. Now I have something quite inconsistent because the name of the repository is Graph and the name of the project is Graphs, and I cannot change the name of the repository, and would like to keep the name Graphs to be consistent with the package name. Do I have to delete and recreate this project to work around this problem ?

Hi Samir,
Yes, that's the only possibility at the moment. The reason for the restrictions of the project name exists because it is used for the URLs (such as repository, RSS). The project title on the other hand is a string that you can set and change as you wish.
