This is first and foremost a test message. If you are seeing this that should mean that squeak-dev and all of the lists hosted by lists.squeakfoundation.org are back.
I apologize for the extended downtime. Apparently there was a problem with the server, about which Cees can perhaps provide more info. It was decided that this was as good a time as any to move the lists to box2 so the community admins can all monitor it rather than Cees having to always be responsible. Cees was able to get things started but just didn't have the time to finish it up. I jumped in but not being familiar with mailman it took me a while.
Again I'm sorry that this took so long but hopefully in the future we will have smoother sailing.
Ken

Well, the server was f*cked up. That's an advanced technical term, yes. I had to concentrate on getting services off it, services for which customers are paying, so I had only marginal time to get the list stuff over to box2.
Thanks, Ken, for pulling this through - it was overdue in any case. Seems that we've now moved most of the services to box2...
.... so all we need to do is wait until it crashes :P

Great! Do we have to repost messages individually or are you going to bulk-post what got through? The mails were not rejected, so they must be somewhere, I would hope.

Well, I guess they must be. But I have no idea where (or more accurately perhaps I have no access to the likely location). I think Cees would have already taken care of this if it had been simple to do so. So at this point I guess reposting is appropriate.
Ken
Please repost them. Messages are likely still in the old system's queue, where they'll probably bounce or disappear in Mailman queue files. It's too much work to sort this all out, for marginal benefits.
OBTW, just to be sure that everyone got this: we are discussing this on squeak-dev, but all the lists @lists.squeakfoundation.org were transplanted.

Great job Ken (and Cees :) )!
And thanks for pulling this all by yourself, I didn't manage to find any time to help unfortunately.
