98 votes is an alarmingly low turnout - how can candidates feel any sort of mandate with that level of support? Don't leave us all hanging folks - get on the browser and VOTE.
Or I'll have to send my invisible ninja teams out to punish you. They'll (not)appear just as you drift off to sleep. They'll tickle you with such art that you think you're in paradise. And then they'll stop; you'll spend the rest of your life desperately hoping to be tickled that way again. Is it worth such anguish to avoid voting? I think not.

HAHAHHAA.....
But you are right, the "community", if exist, should appear here, VOTING!

frightened into voting. Tough job which I wanted to avoid but with such threats hanging above my head...
Bet of luck to all candidates and everybody please show your support and vote!

Hi All,
At the risk of annoying 100 people that have voted. I'm considering sending out the ballots again. The email will not let you vote again (if you try you will get a message that you already voted) but it will be a good reminder for those who haven't voted to vote.
Thoughts?

The problem isn't annoying people, but confusing them. A second ballot that doesn't work will get you lots of questions by people who aren't paying enough attention.
Didn't you set the deadline as February 8th? That is still over a week away and we are already pretty close to the historical turnout rate. I think more reminders here on squeak-dev closer to the deadline would be good enough.
About the candidates, I would like to say that it was a really great list and I would love to have any one of them on the Board. Thank you for all who decided to run and thanks to Ron for doing the election this year. I didn't run this year since I am six months behind in my PhD project, but look forward to being able to run next year.

I think getting just one ballot is better. Simple and clean.
