... and if you still have any Microsoft Internet Information Server 3.0 systems out there (or unpatched IIS4 if I remember correctly), you can request http://myserver/fileWithPasswordIn.asp:$0 (or some similar) to bypass Active Server Page processing and get the raw program file. Implementors of other network protocols please take note :-).
