Hi adrian
the fix for the broken explore: is:
explore: anObject "Open an explorer on the given object."
self default ifNil:[^self inform: 'Cannot explore - no ToolSet present']. ^default explore: anObject
I will publish it on the repository and update the script loader.

I already publish this trivial fix in the mantis repository the 18th november here : http://bugs.impara.de/view.php?id=2240
What is the best way for dealing with this kind of bug ? publish the fix on Mantis, send a message in the squeak-dev list or send it to the package owner ?

This is indeed a problem. Mantis is not really good to raise the level of awareness of a bug when you have no net accesss. I had no net access and adrian told me the problem and I fixed it.
Too bad :) Now I harvested it too.
