Thie menu pragmas are not in 1.0, just 1.1.

Yes, we (Lukas and myself) added them to Squeak 3.9.

This is only in 1.1UNSTABLE

Yes. We write lots of ducumentation, but that one not yet...

For MessageNames, the definiton looks like this:

menuCommandOn: aBuilder 
	(aBuilder item: #'Message Names')
		parent: #Tools;
		action:[self openMessageNames]; 
		icon: self taskbarIcon.
