Ah, yes, of course. That would be it. The baseline makefile 
(http://ftp.squeak.org/trunk/4.1rc1/makefile) says:

	unzip -o "$(MACVM).zip" -d "tmp/mac/$(MACVM)"

I suppose this just needs to be

	unzip -o "$(MACVM).zip" -d "tmp/mac/"
