UI Buttons (was Re: [squeak-dev] MessageNames: clicking on class
names)

Dear fellow Squeakers,
I think I solved the issue with resizing button heights which was bothering me for a long time as well. I copied the following package versions to the inbox:
- MorphicTests-bp.14
- ToolBuilder-MVC-bp.19
- Tools-bp.220
- Monticello-bp.387
Please review it and let me know what you think.
