you’ll have to follow in the debugger to find out why it fails. You can put a breakpoint on the primitive function. Then when they breakpoint is reached out a breakpoint on primitiveFailFor (or a watch point on primErrCode) and proceed to see where it fails.

Also, including the primitive error in the primitive definition can help answer more error information:
